These terms apply to every order placed in the Brico Harput webshop. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Trader identity

The webshop is operated by Harput NV, trading as Brico Harput:

2. Scope

These terms govern all distance contracts between Harput NV and the consumer or business purchasing via bricoharput.be. Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing.

3. Offer and prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Obvious pricing or stock errors are not binding.

4. Orders and payment

The contract is formed when you confirm the order and payment (online or in store) is accepted. Online payments are processed by a secure provider such as Stripe. Harput NV does not store full card details.

5. Delivery and Click & Collect

You may collect in store (Click & Collect) at Sint-Jansplein 31-32, 2060 Antwerp, or choose home delivery when offered. Delivery times are indicative.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under the Belgian Code of Economic Law. See our Withdrawal & Returns page.

7. Warranty and complaints

The legal conformity warranty applies. Complaints can be sent to info@bricoharput.be or raised in store.

8. Liability

Harput NV is not liable for damage caused by improper use or force majeure. Liability is limited to the order amount where permitted by law.

9. Governing law

Belgian law applies. Courts of the Antwerp district have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection.
