As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases under Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

1. 14-day period

You may withdraw up to 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) physically take possession of the goods. For Click & Collect the period starts when you collect the goods in store.

2. How to withdraw

Send a clear statement to info@bricoharput.be or Sint-Jansplein 31-32, 2060 Antwerpen, België, quoting your order number. You may use the European model withdrawal form but you are not required to.

You then have 14 days to return the goods or hand them in at the store, in the same condition and where possible in the original packaging.

3. Costs and refund

Direct return shipping costs are yours unless the product is defective. We refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to goods made to your specifications, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

5. Legal warranty

Withdrawal does not affect the legal conformity warranty. Report defects to info@bricoharput.be or in store.
